How do I place an order?
Simply select the product you want to purchase in the shop and enter all the information required for checkout!
Please fill in the recipient's info in the "Shipping Details" section and the sender's info in the "Billing Address" section under payments. Make sure to uncheck "same as Shipping Address" in order for the billing section to display. By filling in the sender's info, we can contact you if we have any questions regarding your order and delivery.
All orders include a small blank message card with envelope.
If you have a message you would like to include on the card, make sure to include it on the order.
What flowers will be used in my order? and can I make requests?
All orders are made to order. Product photos shown are examples of the design aesthetics, and may not reflect the actual product ordered. The selection of flowers and foliage is based on what is currently in season and freshest at the moment. We also include off season textures in our designs including dried botanicals. If you have a specific request for flowers and color palette, please let us know in the order. While we try our best to fulfill your request, we cannot guarantee due to the season and what is currently available to us. We suggest placing your order as soon as you can to allow us more time to source out the flowers for you.
When will my order be delivered?
Delivery is available Monday to Friday
We provide delivery within the Vancouver area. (Vancouver, North & West Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam)
Order must be received by 8:00am PST for same day delivery. Order received after cut off time will be delivered the following business day.
For specific delivery date, please indicate date in the order. Same day delivery is not available on holidays, unless indicated.
Deliveries will be delivered by 5:00pm PST. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time but please let us know and we will try our best to fulfill the request.
We will send you a delivery confirmation email when the flowers are delivered to the recipient.
Delivery Areas and Rates
We deliver to the following areas only: Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, and Coquitlam.
Delivery rates can be found during check out. Please select the corresponding delivery area/ rate to the recipient's delivery address during checkout.
Incorrect delivery rate selected will result in order cancellation.
Are pickups available?
Pick up is not available. Deliveries only!
Will you contact the recipient before delivery?
To ensure the delivery goes smoothly, we will contact the recipient prior to delivery. Residential addresses such as apartment and condo buildings where deliveries cannot be left outside if no one is home, deliveries will not be made until we can confirm with the recipient what time frame we can deliver the flowers. Please provide the buzzer number and any special instructions. For houses/townhomes, etc where we can safely leave the flowers outside if no one is home, we will leave the delivery by the front door. For businesses, flowers will be delivered during business hours.
Do you provide contactless deliveries?
Due to COVID-19, we are able to provide contactless deliveries where available. Please provide us a delivery address where we can safely leave the delivery outside. Contactless deliveries is not available to apartment/condo buildings where there is no concierge. We do not deliver to hospitals and nursing homes at this time.
How do we care for the flowers?
Upon receiving your bouquet, unwrap the flowers from wrapping. Fill a clean vase with room temperate water. Add flower food provided. Re-cut all stems on an angle with a cutter. Place bouquet in the vase! Keep flowers away from heat and direct sunlight.
Upon receiving your floral arrangement, remove arrangement from delivery packaging. Place arrangement away from heat and direct sunlight. Check arrangement daily to ensure there's enough water. Change water every few days.
