Cindy & Jeff
The Vancouver Club, Vancouver
When Cindy shared with us her vision, we absolutely loved it and couldn't wait to get started designing! Inspired by our ikebana roots for a more free form design, we've created many pieces using lots of textures including fruits, dried botanical, seed pods, wheat, nuts, plant foliage, and various fresh flowers. To achieve Cindy's color palette, we dried a couple of flowers for her bridal bouquet few months in advance to get the right shade and we also foraged some local dried ferns for the centerpieces. We visited several local farms and nurseries for produce and specialty flowers and also ordered specialty roses imported from Holland and Colombia. All the ceramics used in the centerpieces were specially selected and shipped to us from Kyoto, Japan just for this wedding! Cindy's choice of taper candles & holders, chiavari chairs, and washi wrapped mini succulent plants competed the magical look! It was absolutely perfect! and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out!
Special thanks to Cindy and her friends for organizing and coordinating this special day! It was truly our pleasure to work with Cindy in creating her wedding flowers!
